Official instruction being signed and issued by Niger State, on the guarantee of the Group’s financing shows the seriousness of the state government on their dedication in improving the medical environment for the people and enables us on the fully investment in all elements needed for the project, such as infrastructure, personnel movement, material procurement, equipment procurement, logisticsetc.
In order to promote the best solution for Niger state in considering both quality and cost, the relevant colleagues of the Group Started to work in last April. At first, they different technical proposals, cooperation program, financing optionsfor Niger State Government, then they went through several rounds of talks with the professional team, the inter-departmental committee to discuss and plan demonstrations, including comprehensive discussion in the state council for the final proposal.
Our medical project team conquered tiring, climate, accommodation and many other difficulties, participate in and promoted the project:
Special well worth mentioning of is Mrs. Wang Yan, who flew from China to Abuja, then transferred to Niger to attend the project approval meeting without stop in last June, although she had not been formally joined in the Group at that time. As an expert in healthcare and medical services, she brought professional experience on hospital planning management and medical equipments technology.
Mr. Bruce Shi, work out the first proposal for the project. Based on his work we start the further proposals.
Mr. Du Rende, as a civil construction expert, also played an important role in another engineering meeting in last August.
Mr. David Gou received the Niger State Delegation in Oyo State and satisfied the delegation, which strongly promoted the implementation of the project.
In addition, Mr. Zheng Xiaohui made valuable suggestions on site preparation and construction scheme during his visit to Niger.
It is too numerous to list the Group staff's contribution to the project. All these depend on the Group's team spirit. And the spirit will continue to promote the progress of the company.
