Responsibility：
1 确保现场安全施工一切事宜,对事故进行调查与处理;
2 组织执行现场水文调查及河沙勘测报告;
3 制定施工组织设计、施工方案;
4 负责公司所有航道疏浚工程质量和技术工作的总体控制,发现问题及时召集相关人员进行处理；
5 随时掌握工程进度，及时向上级提交日报,周报及月报;
6 负责疏浚设备的保养和维修；
7 组织测量人员做好工程验收前施工区域的具体测量工作；
8 给技术员提供与疏浚相关的培训;
9 协助项目经理开发新的疏浚项目;
10 完成项目经理交办的其他任务.
1 Ensuring a safe work environment in all operations and tasks, handle and investigate all the safety issues;
2 Organizing and conducting hydrographic surveys and sand research report at our sites;
3 Organize dredging project team structure and design project programme;
4 Overall control dredging production quality and technical works. Convene the relevant personnel to deal with the issues timely;
5 Control project progress, submit daily report, weekly report and monthly report to project manager;
6 Be responsible for maintaining dredge instrumentation and automation;
7 Organize surveyor to conduct specific measurement works prior to acceptance of project;
8 Provide dredging engineering related training to technician;
9 Assist project manager to develop new dredging project;
10 Handle other tasks which project manager assign .
Requirement：
1 男，大专或以上学历;
2 海洋工程、建筑、土木工程等相关专业毕业；
3 具有2年或以上疏浚生产管理经验；
4 熟悉疏浚过程和主要步骤及质量控制过程，能独立监控生产过程；
5 有责任心，有团队管理能力；
6 具有较好的协调能力和沟通能力，有较好的英语读些能力;
7 有CAD经验的优先;
1 Male, junior college or above;
2 Graduate in Ocean Engineering, Construction, Civil Engineering etc;
3 2 years above management experience in dredging project;
4 Familiar with the dredging process, the main steps and the quality control process, can control the production process independently;
5 Responsibility and team management;
6 Good coordination and communication ability, fluent written and spoken english si must;
7 CAD experience is preferred.
