The Group won the contract to build the New Minna Pre-and-Post Natal Healthcare Delivery Centre of Excellence in a highly competitive bidding.

The Hospital is expected to handle all cases of Pre-and-Post Natal Care in the State, during the Presentation of the company’s position on the project, the Executive Director responsible for the day to day operations of the company Mr Charles Liu informed the Niger State Governor, Dr Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu, Talban Minna, the Chief of Servant of the State, that the company is not only capable but also has the extra capacity to handle other projects in the state, particularly projects that are of immense bearing to the wellbeing of the people. A statement that was applauded by all, the Governor appeal to the company to prove much he had seen and heard aboutthe company’s capacity through his lieutenants by executing the Hospital in its usual style, to be the very best that Niger State can showcase.

The Group Capabilities especially the company’s ability to deliver all projects on schedule and in most cases ahead of schedule are arrested by the various clientele it has executed projects for at Federal, State and Private Institutions.

In an interview with the State Director of Public Building and Infrastructure, he said,  “This is my first time of coming across a private company with such a magnificent Technical and Administrative capacity and integrity to handle all kinds of Civil Engineering and specialized projects in all my years as an Engineer, working for over decades.”

Also the State Director of Public Private Partnership said, “I was privileged to lead a team of experts on projects and facility tour of the company’s projects sites in other states to determine the company strengths and working equipment as part of the usual due diligence check on companies selected to do business with Niger State Government, where I was told by a State Commissioner for Works and Adviser on Infrastructure that all he knows and stands to be corrected if there would ever be need to seek a such correction is that, this company is the company to beat, in quality, promote delivery, corporate social responsibly and local content development policy are inventions that other contractors should be made to copy. 

In his presentation also the Executive Director re-emphasized to the State Executive Council Members that his company’s position are desirably determined on the principles of quality, time frame considerations, be it a fixed or flexible as well as support and respect to host communities including all other stakeholders, “our position at all times, are that all parties must be mutually committed for all to mutually benefits.”

The Hospital would be built and partially found by the company and would be delivered in eight(8) months, consists of 5 blocks, car park, modern gate, fencing, four theatres and 134 beds including State-of -the-Art Healthcare apparatus.

At the tail end of the project, there would also be installation and maintenance training for the state indigenes that will take over from the Chinese Experts at the end of the project. 

As at today, the site has been handed over to the company, site clearance and preparation has long been done, now fencing is going on while the Drawings and other matters related to the project are being fine-tuned for efficient project execution.
