In 2012, the $ value of electronics production was $1,100 billion in China, $342 billion in the US and $65 billion in Japan, in 2000, production was $100 billion in China, $510 billion in the US and $134 billion in Japan.

2013 January to September, China's electronic information products export $ 569.1 billion, an increase of 14.6%, ahead of electronics products, exports reached $ 125.9 billion, an increase of 103.0%, electronic equipments and electronic materials exports 224 and 43 billion.

Exports to major trading partners: Hong Kong ($ 178.9 billion, 40.6%) and South Korea ($ 30.2 billion, 15.5%) faster export growth to the United States ($ 98.1 billion, 5.9%), Japan ($ 35.7 billion, 4.8% ) and the Netherlands ($ 23.8 billion, -5.0%), on the part of emerging market countries to maintain a rapid growth in exports, such as Vietnam, Mexico, South Africa and Argentina, the growth rate reached 101.4%, 17.4%, 32.4% and 26.2%. 

China‘s electronic information industry maintained a steady growth of foreign trade showed a steady rising trend.
