Several Chinese firms have expressed interest in Kenya's water treatment industry as demand for water supply is still high in the East African country.

Speaking to Xinhua on Monday on the sidelines of the Africa Water Association Congress and Exhibition in the Kenyan capital Nairobi, the Chinese executives were optimistic the market for water technologies in Kenya would grow fast.
